AI Solution Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for our first dedicated AI Solutions Engineer to drive the development and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and build AI-powered applications using Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions and AI agents.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Develop integrations and automations using APIs and Microsoft technologies.
• Support AI governance, security, and best practices.
• Drive AI adoption and advise business stakeholders on AI opportunities.
Requirements
• Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
Nice to Have
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse).
• AI governance and responsible AI knowledge.
• CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and DevOps experience.
