We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers successfully implement AI-powered solutions using OpenAI technologies. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, build production-ready AI applications and integrate Large Language Models into existing enterprise systems.
Depending on your experience level (Regular or Senior), you will contribute to solution design, implementation and customer success while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

- Prototype, validate and optimize AI solutions for production environments
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance
- Contribute to best practices for AI engineering and customer delivery
- For Senior-level candidates: lead technical discussions, mentor team members and support solution design
