Minimum 5 years of experience in IT applications, Business Intelligence, or Data & Analytics environments.
Experience in delivering IT projects and partnering with business stakeholders in an international environment.
Practical knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Experience in managing, supporting, and continuously improving business applications and ERP systems (preferably Oracle ERP).
Good understanding of business processes, system integrations, and IT service management principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and external vendors.
Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2) and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ensure the stability, optimization, and continuous development of business applications and systems supporting the company's operations and retail network.

Manage and develop the Business Intelligence area, data platforms, and reporting solutions.
Oversee system integrations, process standardization, and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Provide second-level support for local business applications and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents.
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements and optimization initiatives.
Coordinate local and global changes and support the implementation of international IT projects.
Collaborate with external vendors and local and regional stakeholders to ensure business continuity and successful delivery of business objectives.
