What you'll be doingAs a Business Analyst you will play a key role in building a new platform that will shape the future of banking technology. Acting as the bridge between customers and engineering teams, you will ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable solutions. This is an opportunity to work in a global team on a technology-driven transformation programme, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Wymagania:
Who we're looking for- Strong experience in business analysis within product- and customer-centric organizations.- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and management, building productive relationships.- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments, including application hosting, data management, networks, APIs, and microservices
- Proven ability to work on data mapping, process design, and impact analysis.- Competence in requirements elicitation techniques:
- Epic and User Story definition.
- Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios.
- Gap and options analysis.- Familiarity with business process modeling (e.g., BPMN).- Proficiency in data analysis techniques to track onboarding, engagement, and product usage metrics.Nice-to-Have- Experience supporting operational design and migration planning.- Strong background in UAT coordination and scenario design.

Codzienne zadania:
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and agree on business and data requirements across multiple portfolios.
- Conduct data requirement gathering and analysis, ensuring accurate curation for delivery teams.
- Document business needs and analyze how customers interact with existing products to prioritize enhancements.
- Contribute to technical process design, identify gaps, and ensure process consistency.
- Develop and maintain process flows for current and future states, using BPMN or similar frameworks.
- Document test cases, support UAT, and assist in migration planning and execution.
- Work closely with delivery teams to provide clarifications, monitor project progress, and report outcomes.
- Share key findings and best practices with wider stakeholder groups.
