Nasze wymagania:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, product development, or process management within the financial sector.
Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and project management.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Fluent in Polish (good command) and English (fluent), with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively managing your responsibilities.
Mile widziane:
Knowledge of PRIIPs and KID documentation.
Experience with investment, treasury, or capital markets products.
Background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes in banking.
Familiarity with tools like Capmatix, LPA, and automation workflows.
Experience working with external suppliers and project migrations.

Zakres obowiązków:
Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive documentation to guide project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope.
Manage and facilitate Agile workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow improvement, and regulatory document generation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including PRIIPs and KID documentation.
Participate actively in project migrations, transformation, and integration initiatives.
Work independently to oversee business processes and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
Communicate clearly with technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
