The Position
Business Analyst
We focus on the long - term, leading investment in research and development, striving to improve lives today and for generations to come. Poland plays the role of Technology Co-creation and Acceleration Hub building capabilities driving digital innovation. In Roche Informatics we are a diverse team of open and friendly people, enthusiastic about technological novelties and optimal IT solutions.
At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The opportunity:
As a Business Analyst, you will independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams, tackling complex business problems with emerging ambiguity. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the business domain, related technologies, and their interdependencies, applying advanced tools and techniques to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives, handling process interdependencies, and significantly contributing to the design and validation of effective solutions. You will also mentor junior analysts and actively shape team processes, methodologies, and best practices within the broader Community of Practice.

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported.- Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.- Demonstrated experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives.- Service / Project delivery management experience is a plus.- Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices, with intermediate expertise in at least one BA capability.- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and consistent change management.- Ability to independently apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas.- Proactive mindset with a focus on initiating process improvements and contributing to organizational development and operational effectiveness.
