IT Business Support Specialist

Nasze wymagania:
1-2 years experience in:
WAN/Orders: Tech knowledge, procurement, vendor talks, documentation.
Tickets: ServiceNow, ITIL, issue analysis.
Assessment: Data analysis, requirements docs, team collaboration.
Communication: Vendor negotiations, internal updates.
CMDB: Database updates, config docs, automation.

Zakres obowiązków:
WAN services and hardware ordering – quoting, ordering, communicating and archiving of orders
Maintaining tickets in Service Now
WAN requirements assessment based on the data provides by requestor.
Managing communication with the providers and within the organization
Maintaining network database (CMDB)
