Nasze wymagania:
strong interest in data governance, data management, and data quality topics
knowledge of data privacy regulations
familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Atlan, LeanIX, or similar data catalog/governance platforms is a strong asset
ability to translate business needs into structured documentation and training materials
strong communication and stakeholder management skills
proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
experience in training delivery, onboarding, or knowledge sharing is a strong asset
knowledge of Power BI, VBA

Zakres obowiązków:
support change management activities related to governance tools, processes, and new requirements
assist in audits, data assessment, and governance initiatives
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of governance policies and processes
act as a key interface between Data Analysts and Data Governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and tools (LeanIX, Atlan, EDP)
provide user support and training related to data governance processes and tools, actively participate in training materials preparations
execute periodical quality checks, contents review and cleaning on the KPI’s in respective governance tools (Atlan, LeanIX)
actively participate in Atlan workflow new capability demands creation to ensure Data Governance requirements are integrated into new design
Oferujemy:
work in an international and well-known tobacco company
starting salary: 6,268 PLN gross per month

funding for the canteen - 270 PLN monthly
