We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/ Consultant who will join a banking project for an international Client

Wymagania:
- Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment- Experience in using AI models- Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.- Fluency in English- Experience working in Agile methodologies.- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week)- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Codzienne zadania:
- Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations, risk, automation or decisioning.
- Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes.
- Capture input data, decision points, explainability, controls and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear, feasible and testable.
- Support governance, compliance and operational readiness for AI-enabled components.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
