O projekcie:
About hubQuest

At hubQuest, we build and scale advanced data and analytics hubs for global organizations. We partner with enterprise clients to design, launch, and evolve core data capabilities, enabling scalable analytics, advanced use cases, and data-driven decision-making across regions.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Data & Analytics) to support a global FMCG organization in strengthening its enterprise data foundations. The role focuses on building and evolving standardised, scalable data pipelines and datasets that serve as the backbone for analytics and data products across multiple markets.

This is a Business Analyst role with a strong delivery coordination component. Beyond defining requirements and working closely with data teams, the person in this role will help manage timelines, dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder alignment across multiple OpCos, regions, and business functions.

Your Impact

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how data flows across the organisation. You will work at the intersection of business processes, data platforms, technology, and delivery coordination, ensuring that data pipelines are designed for consistency, scalability, and long-term reuse.

This role goes beyond classic analytics or BI use cases. You will contribute directly to the design and operationalisation of enterprise-level data foundations, enabling downstream analytics, AI, and reporting use cases at scale.

You will also help drive delivery clarity in a complex global environment by managing expectations, tracking dependencies, identifying risks early, and ensuring that business, OpCo, and technical stakeholders stay aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle.

How You Work

You are comfortable working in environments with:
- High data complexity and multiple source systems
- Ambiguity in early stages of data platform initiatives
- Global stakeholders with differing data maturity levels
- Multiple OpCos, regions, and business functions involved in a single delivery stream
- Complex dependencies between business readiness, data availability, engineering work, and platform constraints

You naturally apply an agile mindset, focusing on value, pragmatism, and continuous improvement, while keeping a strong eye on long-term architectural integrity.

You are structured and proactive in the way you manage work. You can bring clarity to ambiguous situations, keep stakeholders aligned, surface risks early, and help teams move from discussion to decision and delivery.

What We Offer
- Participation in high-impact data platform initiatives forming the backbone for analytics and advanced use cases
- Work within a global, diverse data organisation, collaborating with senior data professionals across regions
- A non-corporate, low-bureaucracy culture focused on ownership and outcomes
- Strong support for continuous development, including online learning, knowledge exchange, and partial funding of certifications

Ready to Shape Enterprise Data Foundations?

If you are driven by building scalable, reliable data foundations and enjoy working at the core of enterprise data ecosystems, we would be happy to hear from you.

Apply now and help build data foundations that power analytics at scale with hubQuest.
