Nasze wymagania:
Experience working with PowerBI or other BI tool
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in an analytical role
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple and engaging way
Experience working closely with stakeholders and supporting business decision-making
Attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy and data quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working in cross-functional or international environments is a plus

This is a highly visible analytics role within a global team covering the Europe & Africa region, where you will combine data analysis with real business impact. As a Senior Analyst, you will go beyond reporting — you’ll turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across markets.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Product Marketing and Commercial, gaining insight into how different parts of the business operate. Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and present detailed analysis to track performance, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to support business growth
Extract, analyse and interpret large volumes of data, making it easy for the business to understand and act on
Analyse areas such as promotions, customer behaviour, distributor performance, products, and Distributor method of operation
Use data to answer business-related questions from senior management, applying a clear, storytelling approach
Use BI tools to generate insights and ensure consistent and accurate data usage across the business
Apply quantitative analysis and data mining techniques to transform data into actionable insights
Anticipate business questions and proactively provide answers and recommendations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making
Identify new project opportunities together with leadership and lead their delivery
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
