Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
Advanced SQL skills with experience building reliable queries and data models.
Experience with one or more of the following: Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS or Azure.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and stakeholder presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
English proficiency at C2 level.
Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The Tableau Visualization Engineer will be a trusted advisor who transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide Sales, Operations and Finance. This long-term hybrid role is based in Cracow, Poland, and offers an opportunity to shape analytics at enterprise scale and influence business outcomes.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design, build and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and visualisation solutions.
Develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks to support cross-functional needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements and success metrics.
Translate data into insight-oriented narratives that support strategic decisions across Sales, Operations and Finance.
Establish and promote visualisation standards, templates and best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve performance and streamline data delivery processes.
Support deployment and operational maintenance of Tableau Server / Cloud environments as required.
