As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading provider of digital transformation and enterprise IT solutions. Your role will focus on shaping and ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide workflows that generate operational excellence and business value. Your main responsibilities:
• Design and oversee the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform to optimize stability, performance, and security.
• Align platform architecture with business strategy, providing strategic input into release planning and evolution.
• Develop and maintain standards, patterns, and documentation for architecture consistency and data integrity.
• Guide solution design, technical delivery, and environment strategy, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Enforce technical governance through architecture reviews and design authority practices.
• Drive the CMDB and service modeling strategy (CSDM), ensuring platform health and scalability.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment with governance and security policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions and communicating architectural trade-offs.
• Lead solution direction in collaboration with the Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture, ensuring consistency with governance and security standards.
• Promote platform standardization, simplification, and scalable design principles to evolve legacy systems.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture or enterprise IT integration.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD.
• Proven ability to design cross-module solutions ensuring end-to-end integration.
• Excellent understanding of platform standards, data modeling, and automation strategies.
• Experience guiding technical teams through solution design and implementation.

It is a strong plus if you have:
• Certifications in ServiceNow architecture or relevant ITIL practices.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
