Opis stanowiska
Wymagania:
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with the Zendesk platform
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and jQuery
- Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud system integrations
- Solid knowledge of Zendesk Sunshine, Custom Objects, and data relationship modeling
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, HTTP, and object-oriented design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Fluency in English
- Working from the office in Cracow 2 days per week
Mile widziane:
- Experience with middleware solutions like Workato
- Knowledge of Vue.js

Zakres obowiązków:
- Design and architect solutions across Zendesk Support, Guide, and Talk
- Lead integrations between Zendesk and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and AWS using REST APIs and middleware
- Drive the implementation of Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and custom applications
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for development teams
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Architects and AWS Developers
