Join our CIB AI team, a specialist group within CTO DATA, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge Generative AI solutions in an ethical and responsible way. We are expanding our Data Integration team to enable seamless access to multiple data sources for use in GenAI models, unlocking new insights, improving decision-making, and building innovative, value-driven solutions for colleagues and clients globally.

As an AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating AI Agents, data pipelines, and microservices that power advanced GenAI systems. You'll work on integrating diverse datasets, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Wymagania:
- Strong experience in Python development, with a focus on FastAPI and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of building and deploying data pipelines in distributed environments.
- Familiarity with vector databases and data virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP and/or Azure) and cloud-native design patterns.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, AI evaluation workflows, and LLM-based architectures.
- Ability to work with large-scale, heterogeneous data sources (structured and unstructured).

Nice to have:

- Experience in prompt engineering, GenAI application development, or enterprise AI governance.
- Background with Starburst, BigQuery, or similar data virtualization technologies.
- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI-focused frameworks.

Codzienne zadania:
- Design and implement AI Agents capable of sourcing and processing enterprise data for Generative AI models.
- Develop high-performance data transfer pipelines and integrate with internal/external systems.
- Architect and build microservices synchronized with core GenAI capabilities.
- Work with specialists in RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Context Engineering, and Memory Stores to enhance AI efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to designing evaluation systems for prompt engineering and model optimization.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to ethical AI practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
