Mile widziane:
At least 2-3 years of Technical Support experience, including in a customer-facing role
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Office 365 Administration
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online mail flow troubleshooting
Knowledge of Active Directory
Outlook client troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of other European languages (German, Portuguese, Spanish or French) will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, or Teams will be an added advantage.

We offer a free, intensive 3 week technical training, after which successful graduates will be eligible for a 3-month trial employment at LTIMindtree in Krakow, Poland. The training curriculum, delivery, and certification process are managed by Digiskills Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
There are 4 open positions in Microsoft 365 support and Power Platform engineering.
Zakres obowiązków:
Take part in a free 3 week technical training, after which you will be able to start working in Krakow with a global IT employer – LTM - under excellent conditions.
The training is organized and delivered in Poland by Digiskills Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Codecool’s local partner entity.
The course will be conducted in English. Knowledge of Polish is an additional advantage.
