ClearLync is looking for Java developers that would like to learn specifics of configuration and customization of the InsuranceNow system by Guidewire. This is a career-defining journey and not a short-term job. Successful candidates are mid-level Java programmers who do not mind investing in their training in exchange for a stable IT career in the insurance industry.
Training journey:
• Step 1 - Structured training – ClearLync will provide materials and time needed to learn specifics of the InsuranceNow system. Together with a mentor the candidate will gain the necessary knowledge to start on the official certification process.
• Step 2 – Certification – The candidate will enroll and complete steps and take necessary examinations to receive office Guidewire developer certification. Mentor will be available to help and guide the candidate throughout the process.
• Step 3 – Progressive Assignments with Mentoring – The candidate will be assigned progressively complex tasks working with ClearLync customers. This is done in continued mentoring environment working with one of our senior developers.
• Step 4 – Independent work – working independently or as part of a team with one of our customers.
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of professional experience programming in Java
• Ability to learn quickly and analyze and resolve complex technical problems. Very strong problem solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and commit to a multi year career
• This program is available to citizens of Poland
