Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
You hold a master’s, engineer’s or bachelor’s degree.
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in application support.
You are familiar with aspects of system administration (Linux, Cloud), integration (Middleware, SOA, ESB) and automation (CI/CD, RPA).
You have knowledge of programming languages (JAVA, Python, C#, C++, VBA) and databases (SQL).
You have experience in support and maintenance – knowledge of ITIL will be an asset.
You use English communicatively.
You have a basic command of German (we will provide support in further learning).

Your role
You will take a leading role in supporting and maintaining complex business applications in enterprise environments. You will investigate advanced incidents, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and actively contribute to improving application stability and performance. This role involves working across multiple environments, supporting integrations, and contributing to automation and operational improvements. You can expect a high level of responsibility, real technical impact on supported systems, and close cooperation with international teams and stakeholders in long-term projects.
Zakres obowiązków:
Providing multifaceted support for applications.
Analyzing complex, non-standard incidents and problems.
Conducting source code analysis and modernization.
Managing deployment and release processes.
Improving and automating the application environment.
