Python FullStack Developer

Salary: 1100-1300 PLN/day on B2BWork model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
We are looking for a forward leaning developer to work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Analysts to refine epics, user stories and business requirements into technical design and working software, with high development standards and to implement some of the industry best practices.
Key topics in scope include data transformation as well as AI driven data enrichment, where the overall solution objective is to overlook that all parties involved act according to rules and regulations. And importantly, that this is done as efficiently as possible using modern ways of automation, including but not limited to AI.
This involves building data integrations and data transformation logic, reading from and writing to various databases and APIs, securing data completeness and data reconciliations, building microservices and deployment pipelines, and utilizing LLMs both in the actual solutions (e.g. data enrichment) and for support in your role as developer.
 

Responsibilities you'll have
• Develop and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and microservices using Python and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize data integrations, transformation processes, and AI-powered data enrichment capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes.
• Support the adoption of AI, automation, and engineering best practices to improve business processes and software quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders in an international environment to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.

• Advanced knowledge in Python development and configuration
• Advanced knowledge of Flask (or similar) frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of REST APIs
• Intermediate LLM experience
• Intermediate Docker experience
• Intermediate JavaScript experience
• Intermediate knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
• Familiarity with React
• Familiarity with CSS and SCSS
• Ability to write tests (preferably with pytest)
• Experience with CI/CD and creating pipelines
• Experience with Git
