- Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of Go software development.
- Strong experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of Kubernetes / Docker.
- Excellent knowledge of AWS (deployment and configuration).
- Experience working on highly secure applications.
- Proven success delivering in an agile environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of how to translate business objectives into data-driven insights.

- Develop clean, elegant, and reusable code that is well-tested and easy to maintain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the direction of our Client's engineering, keeping customer interests at the core.
- Work across the backend chapter to uphold standards, best practices, and promote innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues collaboratively.
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert.
