Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development
Proficiency in Java (version 17 or higher) and object-oriented design patterns
Experience with Spring (MVC and Data modules) and Apache Kafka
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL solutions (Elasticsearch, Redis)
Good communication skills in Polish, with the ability to read technical documentation in English
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) teams and testing independently
Mile widziane:
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript (React), Python
Experience with cloud environments (Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
Ability to design system architecture and create high-level diagrams (HLD)
Familiarity with UML and flow diagrams

Maintain code quality and ensure compliance with industry standards
Analyze system performance, security, and operational efficiency
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Java-based applications
Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver high-quality software
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
