Nasze wymagania:
At least 5 years of experience in Java development within the banking or financial services industry
Advanced proficiency in Java technologies and frameworks
Proven experience working with MongoDB databases
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
Good command of Polish
Communicative proficiency in English

Certifications in Java or related technologies
Experience with REST API security standards and best practices

You will be instrumental in building and enhancing REST APIs that enable seamless, scalable banking services, driving innovation and customer engagement in the financial sector. This role offers opportunities for continuous growth and long-term project involvement.

Zakres obowiązków:
Design and develop high-performance REST API services tailored for banking omnichannel platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable backend solutions using Java
Integrate backend systems with databases like MongoDB and message brokers such as Kafka
Maintain high code quality through thorough testing and code reviews
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency
Stay informed on evolving Java development practices and banking technology trends
Contribute to strategic technical planning and continuous improvement initiatives
