Senior Python Developer (with Node.js)

Nasze wymagania:
5+ years of professional experience in software development,
strong hands-on experience with Python and Node.js,
experience building APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar,
solid understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, DDD, or hexagonal architecture,
experience with Azure DevOps,
hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform,
experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Azure SQL, Redis),
familiarity with messaging and event-driven architectures (e.g. Redis, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub),
understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect,
experience with automated testing, code quality, and software security practices,
strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within international teams,
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
good command of English (min. B2),
work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Mile widziane:
experience with TypeScript and modern frontend technologies such as React,
familiarity with Databricks, Pandas, or NumPy for data processing workloads,
experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Azure Monitor, or Application Insights,
knowledge of Go or C++,
experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP),
experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.

Zakres obowiązków:
designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python and Node.js,
building APIs and microservices supporting business-critical applications,
contributing to architecture decisions and promoting engineering best practices,
working with cloud-native solutions and distributed systems in Azure environments,
developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions,
leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering efficiency and software delivery.
