We would like to invite you to join the adventure of expanding TME PL branch in the Toyota Digital HUB in Wroclaw.
We are seeking an (Snr) Backend Software Developer who will take ownership of developing, deploying, and maintaining highly scalable and reliable backend services. You will be a key contributor to the design and architecture of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
Formal Role Details:
- Job Type: undefined time contract - Starting date: Position available since May 2026 - Location: Wroclaw, Silver Tower Office Center - Working Pattern: Hybrid è 2 days every 2 weeks (flexible), in line with the need - Reporting line: Manager / Team Lead - Education level required: Bachelor/Master

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- For Software Backend Developer up to 6 years of experience is Software backend Development.- For Senior Software Backend Developer: more than 6 years Development.- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.- Deep understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures. (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems).- Expertise in microservices architecture (service decomposition, resilience, scalability).- Experience with one of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.- Strong expertise in version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub.- For Snr Software Backend developer: Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior developers.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Design, development, and deployment of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Architect and implement microservices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Implement advanced event-driven systems and messaging architectures.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of backend systems in a distributed architecture.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
