Software Developer (Mendix)

We are currently looking for an experienced Software Developer – Integrator to join an international engineering team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions across enterprise environments.
As a Low-Code Platform Engineer, you will design, implement, and operate integration and application runtime components across cloud and hybrid infrastructures. Working with technologies such as Boomi, Mendix, containerized workloads, and Kubernetes, you will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of enterprise integration platforms while supporting mission-critical business processes.

• Budget: 190–215 PLN net/ h- B2B
• Project length: Long-term
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)

Requirements and limitations:

• Service window: 08:00–20:00 (Poland time)
• Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
• Work performed in a Secure Room (mobile phones and personal electronic devices are not permitted)
• Successful completion of a background check, including:
1-Certificate of No Criminal Record (Zaświadczenie o Niekaralności)
2-Credit history verification (BIK)

Project scope:
• Design, develop, and operate enterprise integration flows, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient data processing.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize application runtime and integration components across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain middleware services to ensure high availability and production stability.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions using Boomi, Mendix, and related low-code technologies.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of integration platforms and low-code environments.
• Automate deployment pipelines and operational activities to improve delivery speed, reliability, and repeatability.
• Support API integrations and system connectivity across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.
• Contribute to platform improvements, operational excellence, and continuous optimization initiatives.
• Participate in incident response, maintenance activities, and production support as part of the on-call rotation.

Competence demands:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with integration platforms, middleware solutions, or enterprise system integration.
• Practical experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Experience working with Mendix or other low-code development platforms.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, workflow orchestration, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerized environments.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and modern integration protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile software development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience working in highly secure or regulated enterprise environments.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
