Are you an experienced developer looking for an impactful project? We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join the Workforce Management team and contribute to the development of ComPass, a greenfield application designed to replace and enhance existing Workforce Management solutions.

Wymagania:
- Core Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in C# and .NET frameworks, including .NET 6 or later.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and application architecture.
- Front-end development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Angular, or similar).

- Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and reusable C# libraries.
- Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications.
- Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Practical experience with version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills in English (professional proficiency).

- Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, high-performing features.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reusable code following best practices.
- Ensure code quality through structured development and review processes.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security standards.
- Identify and fix bugs or bottlenecks, ensuring long-term stability of the application.
- Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align with project timelines.
