About the position
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us and support future IT projects delivered for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with external clients, development teams, and stakeholders to analyze business needs, lead workshops, and translate requirements into clear and actionable solutions.

Responsibilities
• Analyzing clients’ business needs and requirements.
• Leading discovery meetings and project workshops.
• Preparing and maintaining requirements documentation.
• Defining the MVP scope and subsequent product development stages.
• Creating and managing the product backlog in cooperation with the Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with UX/UI Designers on user journey and experience design.
• Working closely with developers to clarify business logic and functional requirements.
• Supporting QA teams in interpreting and validating requirements.
• Analyzing change requests and assessing their impact on the project.
• Participating in estimations and sprint planning sessions.
• Ensuring alignment between the delivered solution and the client’s business goals.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• Experience working with external clients.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Knowledge of user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product backlog management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to have
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect and PlantUML.
• Experience with Event Storming.
• Basic knowledge of API, SQL, Postman, or Swagger.
• Experience in presales activities and preparing project scope for estimation.
