Wymagania:
Data Analyst | German Fluent needed! | Remote
- Analyse the existing Tableau reporting landscape and design the migration approach to Power BI- Execute end-to-end Tableau-to-Power BI migrations, including data models, dataflows, and reporting architecture- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations in Power BI- Run requirements workshops and present analytical results to business stakeholders and management- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and enablement sessions- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and operational stability of the reporting solution
You bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI and Tableau development experience- At least 3 completed Tableau-to-Power BI migration projects- 3+ years working with relational databases and SQL- Business fluent German (mandatory)- Experience with large-scale datasets and data persistence- Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, or Semantic Models experience is a plus- Background in railway, transportation, or logistics is a plus
