We are supporting a long-term project for a major EU public-sector organization, and we are currently looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager.
Near-site to Luxembourg
Responsibilities:
• End-to-end delivery of data management services provided by the service provider.
• Coordination of technical data management tasks across architecture integration, data quality, master data management, analytics, and documentation.
• Ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, service levels, quality standards, and governance requirements.
• Serving as the primary interface between the customer's data organization and the extended delivery team
• Overseeing planning, resource allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance, architecture standards, and operating models.
• The role of the Data Delivery Manager can be combined with the role of Data Governance Consultant.
Requirements:
•
Certification in IT service management (for instance, ITIL Foundation) and certification in data architecture (for instance, Management Association Certified Data Management Professional Certification - Associate Level).
• At least 3 years of completed university studies in computer science, information systems, engineering or a closely related field are required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT, including a minimum of 3 years related to the typical tasks of the Data Delivery Manager Role
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Management
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the field of Project Management, at least one project should have a duration of at least one year and a budget of at least EUR 2 million
