DORA Data & Regulatory Analyst
Location & Work Model

• Hybrid work – 2/3 days per week from the office

About the role
We are looking for a Data & Regulatory Analyst to support the development and ongoing maintenance of the DORA Register of Information (ROI) solution.
In this role, you will combine data analysis, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality regulatory reporting, robust data governance, and continuous improvement of DORA-related processes. You will work across business and technology teams to deliver reliable data and support operational resilience initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Analyze data across multiple internal systems and data sources
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures for DORA Register of Information reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sourcing, risk, IT, legal, and business teams
• Drive regulatory deliverables and ensure compliance with DORA requirements
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and risks, and propose remediation actions
• Define and document data collection and governance processes
• Act as a data owner for selected DORA ROI data domains during BAU operations
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements
Requirements (must-have)
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, or Business Analysis
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks (preferably DORA, EBA, or ICT Risk)
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience working with complex datasets and multiple data sources
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with process design and documentation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using data visualization tools or data platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured data solutions
• Fluent English
