Opis stanowiska
We are looking for an experienced Epic Delivery Owner to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives supporting the transformation of the Company's messaging ecosystem into the new platform. This role combines business, delivery, and technology leadership to ensure successful execution of cross functional initiatives spanning cloud migration, legacy modernization, data transformation, and platform engineering.
Job responsibilities:
• Own end to end delivery of assigned Epics from planning through production deployment.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple agile teams delivering cloud native capabilities.
• Manage dependencies across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, testing, and business stakeholders.
• Drive prioritization, scope management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
• Track delivery progress using Agile metrics and provide executive level reporting.
• Support modernization of legacy capabilities into the new platform.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience leading complex IT delivery programmes.
• Proven experience delivering cloud transformation or platform modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe or similar).
• Experience coordinating multiple delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycle and DevSecOps.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms, SWIFT, or ISO 20022
• Familiarity with Azure cloud, Kubernetes, Kafka, and distributed architectures.
• Experience delivering Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
