Functional Analyst – Data Warehousing and ETL Specialist

Mission Context: As part of a strategic initiative to modernize data flows, we are seeking a Functional Analyst specialized in DWH & ETL to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, including ETL Developers, BI experts, and Data Engineers.Main Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.).
• Review existing data flows and identify reporting and analytics needs.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with ETL developers to ensure proper implementation of data flows (SSIS, Informatica, etc.).
• Support data validation and ensure the quality of the data stored in the DWH.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across systems.

Key Requirements:
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Previous experience in the energy or utilities sector is a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid documentation and analytical skills.

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in DWH/ETL projects.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, attention to detail.
• Good understanding of business processes within the energy sector is a plus.
