Nasze wymagania:
Proven experience in Data Science within HR / People Analytics environments
Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus)
Solid understanding of classification, regression, clustering, NLP fundamentals, and forecasting
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
Advanced expertise in Power BI and DAX, including dashboard and data model design
Ability to communicate insights effectively and translate data into business value
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, including requirements gathering
Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially in ML/AI, analytics, and emerging tools

Zakres obowiązków:
Translate workforce and HR challenges into clear analytical problem statements
Design and deliver analyses using statistical modelling, machine learning, and data science techniques
Build predictive and descriptive models across talent acquisition, attrition, DEI, and workforce planning
Prepare and integrate datasets from HR and non‑HR systems in collaboration with data engineering teams
Develop Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX for KPI modelling, segmentation, and time‑intelligence
Turn complex analyses into clear data stories and business recommendations
Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to enhance delivery quality and speed
Collaborate with global teams, ensuring high consulting standards, quality, and clear communication
