We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Visualization Engineer to design and deliver business-driven dashboards and semantic models that enable actionable insights at scale. This role is not a traditional data engineering position—it focuses on Power BI expertise, data modeling, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality, visually compelling reporting solutions for business users.

Wymagania:
- Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), including governance and publishing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in DAX, including measures, context handling, and performance tuning.
- Experience in data modeling concepts, including star schema and relationship management.
- Solid SQL knowledge for data preparation within large-scale environments.
- Proven ability to create clear, visually appealing dashboards aligned with business KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Azure data services (Synapse, ADF, Data Lake, Fabric).
- Knowledge of Power Query (M language) for ETL transformations.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployments.
- Exposure to Power Automate and Power Platform for workflow automation.
- Python for ad hoc data tasks or automation scenarios.
- Experience working with corporate BI environments and large datasets.

Codzienne zadania:
- Deliver impactful, business-oriented dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Service.
- Build and optimize semantic data models (star schema, relationships) for BI performance and accuracy.
- Create advanced DAX measures, ensuring calculation correctness, context awareness, and query performance.
- Work directly with stakeholders: gather requirements, define KPI frameworks, and translate them into actionable visual insights.
- Enable self-service BI and ensure best practices in design for readability, aesthetics, and scalability.
- Work with SQL-based data sources (data warehouses) to prepare and optimize data for reporting.
