Summary: The Senior Business Analyst in Financial Accounting will enhance business processes and lead improvement initiatives by collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Main Responsibilities:
• Analyse current business processes to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Drive and coordinate business improvement initiatives across various stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and perform data-driven analysis.
• Document requirements and support implementation of process enhancements.
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Proven experience in change management within large organizations.
• Experience leading initiatives involving both business and technology teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence decision-making.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in Financial Accounting.
• Knowledge of Traded Financial Instruments.
• Familiarity with Liquidity area.

• Location: Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk, Łódź.
• Hybrid setup: 3 days per week form the office
• Rate: 140zł/h B2B contract.
