Nasze wymagania:
At least 5 years of experience in CRM campaign implementation and personalization
Proven expertise with SAS CI Studio and Pega CDH configuration
Strong knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases
Excellent communication skills in Polish at a communicative level
Good command of English (minimum B2), written and spoken
Proficiency in Polish
Analytical mindset with strong organizational and quality-focus skills
Willingness to develop professionally and share knowledge with the team
Mile widziane:
Knowledge of SAS 4GL
Experience in delivering marketing campaigns within the banking sector

Zakres obowiązków:
Design and implement sophisticated personalization workflows to enhance customer engagement
Develop tailored communication strategies based on customer data and needs
Configure and optimize campaigns within SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH platforms
Prepare detailed requirements and specifications for system enhancements and real-time personalization features
Conduct testing and analysis of proposed solutions to ensure effectiveness and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and system integration
Analyze campaign results and continuously improve personalization processes
