Overview
As a Senior Data Engineer within the IT Data division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and Data Warehouse solutions that support reporting, analytics, regulatory and financial initiatives across the organization.
You will join a team of approximately 40 Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Visualization Experts, and Project Managers responsible for building and evolving the company's Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines processing large data volumes.
• Build and maintain Data Warehouse solutions and Datamarts.
• Develop robust data transformations using Python and SQL.
• Apply Data Vault 2.0 and Kimball methodologies.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Use Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing data pipelines.
• Work independently while contributing to the overall evolution of the Data Platform.
Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience with Data Warehouse concepts.
• Solid knowledge of Data Vault 2.0.
• Strong understanding of Kimball methodology.
• Advanced Python.
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience building performant data pipelines.
