Senior Qlik Developer (B2B)

Responsibilities

As a Senior Qlik Developer, you will design and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions on the Qlik platform — turning complex, multi-source data into reliable, self-service analytics that strengthen our clients' data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to bring analytical products from requirement to production.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and data models.
• Build and optimize load scripts and ETL/ELT logic to integrate data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, flat files, cloud platforms).
• Implement advanced Qlik features — set analysis, section access, master items, and reusable data models following best practices.
• Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into effective, high-quality BI solutions.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across Qlik applications, including reload scheduling and monitoring.
• Support the operationalization and production-ready deployment of analytical solutions.
• Document solutions and present results to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Qlik Developer or in a comparable BI development role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik Sense (and/or QlikView) — data modeling, load scripting, and set analysis.
• Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and integrating data from diverse sources.
• Solid understanding of BI best practices, performance tuning, and data governance.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode with at least 1 visit to the Katowice office per month.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qlik NPrinting, Qlik Cloud/SaaS, or Qlik Application Automation.
• Scripting or automation with Python and REST APIs.
• Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Qlik certification (Data Architect / Business Analyst).
