Wymagania:
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Security or Software Engineering roles with a significant focus on DevSecOps
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, or a similar/related technical field
- Experience in management and configuration of development tools and systems, e.g. GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of secure development principles and integration of security controls in CI/CD workflows
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate engineering intent clearly
- Proficiency in English for international cross-team collaboration

Zakres obowiązków:
- Implements and manages automated deployment processes, focusing on system reliability and efficiency
- Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines independently
- Configuration, maintenance and optimization of build system and toolchains
- Local infrastructure/IT configuration and maintenance
- Release management - versioning and build
- Define and enforce security standards, policies, and best practices across development, testing, and production environments
- Vulnerability Management - track, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities
- Identity and Access Management
- Supporting introduction and integrations of AI tool for embedded development
- Communicates effectively with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments
- Close collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps solutions
- Delivers reliable and efficient infrastructure solutions
- Ensures that DevOps practices are implemented consistently across projects
