Proposed Job Title:
DevSecOps Strategy & Governance Manager (Multi-Vendor Environment, Middle East Engagement)- Availability for frequent travel to the Middle East (minimum 50% on-site presence)- Start availability: ASAP (targeting July start)- Engagement duration: 6 months initial contract- 180-220 pln/h netto + VAT B2B- 100% remote
Wymagania:
- Minimum Manager-level experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or Platform Engineering environments- Strong understanding of DevSecOps architecture and governance models (beyond tooling/automation only)- Proven experience in multi-vendor and enterprise-scale environments- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as:- GitLab (Dedicated / Self-managed environments)- Bitrise (mobile CI/CD)- Invicti (DAST)- Fortify (SAST / application security)- Experience working with distributed teams and vendor management structures- Ability to combine technical depth with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills- Excellent coordination, communication, and escalation handling capabilities

- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and redefine the DevSecOps strategy within a complex, multi-vendor ecosystem. The role goes beyond traditional DevSecOps automation and focuses strongly on governance, stakeholder management, and coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for building and executing a new DevSecOps operating model covering a wide range of applications, including web platforms, mobile solutions, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments.
- This position requires frequent on-site presence in the Middle East (minimum 50% of the engagement). The assignment is planned to start as soon as possible, with a realistic kickoff from July, for an initial duration of six months.
- The environment is built on tools such as GitLab Dedicated Instance, Bitrise, Invicti, and Fortify.
