Project DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a cross-functional engineering team composed of Senior Java Developers, Frontend Developers, and Test Engineers. The team operates in an Agile/Scrum environment and is responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions in a distributed architecture.The project focuses on modern backend systems based on microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration patterns. The solution is built using Java (8–25) with strong emphasis on performance, security, and maintainability.The environment includes collaboration with DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders, ensuring continuous delivery and alignment with architectural standards.

Wymagania:
- Requirements / Qualifications- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Java development (Java 8–25)- Strong and solid knowledge of Java, including:- multithreading and concurrency- immutability principles- design patterns- Experience with modern backend frameworks:- Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, WebFlux)- MyBatis- TestContainers- Experience with databases and messaging systems:- SQL and NoSQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)- Apache Kafka- ORM-based solutions- Strong understanding of software architecture:- Microservices architecture- RESTful API design- SOA principles- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)- Identity & Access Management / SSO solutions (e.g., Okta, CAS, IAM)- Experience in software testing:- Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)- Integration and acceptance testing (Spock)- Performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools:- Git (Bitbucket, GitLab)- Jenkins, GitLab CI / GitLab Pipelines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- ability to translate requirements into technical solutions- high ownership and responsibility for delivered code quality- Knowledge of application security principles (OWASP)- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams- Jira and Confluence proficiency- Basic frontend understanding is a plus:- HTML, CSS, JavaScript- Angular, React or Vue.js (nice to have)- Experience with Linux/Unix environments- scripting (Python, Bash)- Cloud experience (AWS preferred):- IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, MSK- Ability to create technical and user documentation- Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools- Good command of English (at least communicative level)

Codzienne zadania:
- Development and maintenance of backend applications in Java
- Technical consulting and advisory support for other developers and business units
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives)
- Designing and implementing scalable software solutions based on microservices and REST architecture
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence
- Task management and delivery tracking using Jira
- Supporting testing activities (unit, integration, and performance testing)
- Collaboration with frontend developers and QA engineers to ensure end-to-end quality delivery
- Contribution to continuous improvement of development processes and team efficiency
