Nasze wymagania:
3+ years of experience in an engineering role.
Proficiency in Linux and Bash.
SQL/T-SQL (queries, optimization).
Experience in incident and change management.
JIRA (ticket handling, progress tracking).
Fluent English (communication with global teams).
Mile widziane:
Smart Forms Designer/Kofax (form management).
Venafi (certificate management).
JavaScript (scripting, automation).
French language skills.
DevOps knowledge (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
O projekcie:
Application Platform will embed technology, cyber, and data controls into its services, ensuring compliance while streamlining operations. We need a Business Analyst to analyze controls, collaborate with stakeholders, and design automated solutions that integrate seamlessly into our platform ecosystem.
Zakres obowiązków:
Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team.
Ensure compliance with relevant Service Management Standards and maintain high data quality in Service Management systems of record, including compliance with all additional controls and standards where applicable.
Provide support in the identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by the DevOps team leadership.
Communicate directly with stakeholders regarding identified issues, their impact, expectations management, and upcoming changes.
Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for all software solutions delivered.
Deliver engineering changes to infrastructure with the customer/user experience as a key objective.
Develop and deploy changes to infrastructure capable of meeting anticipated load, performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.
Implement infrastructure changes with a focus on automating build, testing, and deployment processes across all environments to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
Drive automation, continuous integration, and high availability through system monitoring and maintenance.
Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
Support local initiatives, such as service improvements, and participate in mandatory testing where applicable.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and maintain expertise on relevant tools.
