Opis stanowiska

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Deployment Engineer to lead the end-to-end implementation, integration, and upgrade of Subscriber Data Management (SDM) and Shared Data Layer (SDL) solutions. In this role, you will work across 2G, 4G, and 5G environments, transitioning traditional architectures into cloud-native, high-performance telecommunications infrastructures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that power the future of connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Integration: Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and configuration of SDM network elements (SDL, PGW, SDLA, AUSF UDM) across 2G, 4G, and 5G environments.
• Cloud Infrastructure Implementation: Deploy and manage SDM solutions on BareMetal, VNF, and CNF architectures within Telco Cloud environments (OpenStack, VMware, Docker, and OpenShift).
• Architecture & Design Execution: Translate High-Level Designs (HLD) and Detailed Level Designs (DLD) into functional customer solutions.
• Testing & Validation: Execute software upgrades, system validation, interoperability testing, and acceptance testing (ATP/UAT) with minimal service disruption.
• Protocol & Troubleshooting Analysis: Diagnose complex system issues using Wireshark, protocol-level debugging, and log analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor live system performance and adjust configurations to guarantee high availability, scalability, and seamless multi-vendor integration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead technical discussions with customers and align delivery milestones between onsite and offshore cross-functional teams.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, deployment guidelines, and operational procedures to foster team development.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Telco Expertise: Minimum 5 years of telecom experience with a heavy focus on 4G/5G core networks and robust knowledge of 4G/5G call flows.

• SDM & SDL Specialization: At least 2 years of direct experience implementing or upgrading Shared Data Layer (SDL) solutions; strong end-to-end grasp of SDM architectures.
• Advanced Telephony Knowledge: Practical familiarity with legacy and modern telecom spaces including VoLTE, VoWiFi, IoT, and GSM SS7.
• Cloud & Containerization Technologies: Proven hands-on experience working with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware, and OpenStack environments.
• Network & Signalling Protocols: Strong working command of protocols like LDAP, SOAP, Diameter, and HTTP.
• Analytical Tools: Mastery of network troubleshooting utilities such as Wireshark. [
