Senior DevOps Engineer with German

Nasze wymagania:
10+ years of experience working with Java-based applications, application servers, and enterprise middleware environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices and software delivery automation: CI/CD, Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Nexus
3+ years of hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy or similar deployment orchestration tools.
Profound knowledge and experience with Atlassian-based onpremise DevOps tool ecosystem
Profound understanding of test, build and deployment concepts for complex microservice-oriented Java application platforms (on Windows Server and Red Hat
Enterprise Linux)
Shell scripting skills (Powershell & Linux)
Experience in changing and updating mission-critical application environments
Experience in coordinating and planning of infrastructure and network changes across security boundaries
Proficiency to execute testing and analysis of test results
Experience in DevOps scripting and Build Agent management
Experience in IT provider management, IT monitoring and IT operations management
Experience working in projects applying Agile methodologies
Language skills: English (C1) and German (B2) are necessary

Mile widziane:
Experience with Splunk, PRTG, Camunda Cockpit Hazelcast Management Center, Chocolatej, Spring Boot Admin, SonarQube, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and Backstage.io

O projekcie:
Location | Remote with required business trips to Berlin (5%)
Contribute to the enhancement of a Balancing Reserves Procurement Platform used by Transmission System Operators (TSOs) for the procurement of balancing services, including FCR, aFRR, mFRR, and ABLA (interruptible loads). Focus on improving platform reliability, scalability, and software delivery efficiency by implementing DevOps best practices and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Zakres obowiązków:
Designing, confinguring, documenting and operating of complex build, test and deployment processes and release pipelines at all levels
Configuring, managing, and operating all non-productive deployment environments
Executing of defined troubleshooting and incident resolution for build, deployment and CI/CD processes within the agreed scope
Providing extensive documentation for configuring, managing, and operating all productive deployment environments and tooling
Designing, developing and implementing state-of-the-art continiuous integration and delivery processes (CI/CD) for efficient Product development, testing and roll-out at all levels across all platform domains
Collecting and validating of requirements based on input from designated stakeholders to define, verify and align the requirements for changing CI/CD processes
Defining, aligning, implementing, and training DevOps good practices
Providing operational support (9x5) for troubleshooting build, deployment, infrastructure and CI/CD issues
Creating and delivering structured training materials and sessions for defined stakeholders on build, test and deployment processes and pipelines, DevOps technology stacks and DevOps practices to ensure common standards and knowledge sharing within and across teams
