Senior Software Developer (Kotlin, React, AWS, CI/CD) with German

Nasze wymagania:
Cloud / Infrastructure: Minimum 5 years’ experience with microservice architectures on AWS and Kubernetes (OpenShift).
DevOps: Minimum 5 years’ experience with end-to-end ownership, creation and maintenance of GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Agile engineering practices: Minimum 5 years’ practical experience with methods such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) within a Scrum environment.
Backend development \u0026 application architecture: Minimum 5 years’ Kotlin development experience and familiarity with application design concepts (e.g., Ports \u0026 Adapters, IODA).
Frontend development: Minimum 5 years’ experience with frontend programming and architecture, at least with React.
German language proficiency: minimum C1 level.
Additional desirable experience: strategic and tactical Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methods (please provide two references); demonstrated autonomy in identifying technical risks and proposing improvements (please provide two references).
Monitoring and observability: Practical experience (min. 5 years) with infrastructure monitoring, log analysis and tools such as the EFK stack, Prometheus, Kibana and Grafana.
Frameworks: Practical experience (min. 5 years) with professional web frameworks such as Spring Boot or equivalent.

O projekcie:
Senior Software Developer (Kotlin, React, AWS, CI/CD) with German — the person in this role will join agile DevOps teams responsible for designing, developing and operating cloud-native products built on modern microservice architectures. The primary focus is on creating and evolving scalable backend and frontend solutions while maintaining high standards in automation, software quality, user experience and operational excellence. The role combines software engineering, architecture and DevOps responsibilities and contributes to the continuous evolution of the application landscape using Domain-Driven Design, cloud technologies and automated delivery processes.

Zakres obowiązków:
Design and continuously evolve a domain-driven microservice architecture aligned with business requirements.
Promote and drive the implementation of technology strategy, architecture standards and innovation initiatives for the project.
Advise development teams on the implementation of technical architectures and sound design principles.
Develop and implement backend services using Kotlin, Spring and AWS, applying messaging technologies and microservice patterns.
Develop and integrate frontend components and application interfaces, with a focus on React-based solutions.
Design and implement application interfaces, modules and database integrations.
Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Support Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices to enable automated deployments and resilient operations.
Ensure a stable and highly automated application operation environment.
Continuously improve system architecture, development processes and engineering tools.
Implement and customize technical application components in accordance with established development standards and guidelines.
Collaborate within cross-functional DevOps teams responsible for both software development and operational support.
Contribute to software quality through Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD) and agile engineering practices.
