System Engineer (Cloud / Microsoft Stack)

Salary: 13 000 - 17 000 PLN gross

Wymagania:
- 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments;
- Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO;
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage;
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management;
- Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus);
- Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring);
- Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage);
- Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional);
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training;
- Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Codzienne zadania:
- Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes; 
- Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices; 
- Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments; 
- Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring;
