Technical Application Manager (Linux & Oracle)

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Application Management, Application Operations, or a comparable role
- Proven experience managing and supporting mission-critical applications in complex enterprise IT environments
- Strong practical knowledge of Linux systems (Red Hat, SUSE, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and practical database troubleshooting skills
- Experience with middleware technologies or application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring and performance analysis tools
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
- Experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments and understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Independent, accountable, ownership-driven mindset with strong communication and customer focus

Mile widziane:
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Scripting and automation experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
- Experience in application migrations, modernization, or transformation projects

Zakres obowiązków:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize business-critical applications and services
- Ensure application availability, stability, performance, and operational continuity
- Analyze and resolve incidents across application, Linux, middleware, and database environments
- Perform Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management in line with ITIL practices
- Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Manage configuration, availability, capacity, and performance
- Automate recurring operational activities wherever possible
- Collaborate with Agile and DevOps teams to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate technical activities across development, infrastructure, architecture, and service management
- Advise customers and stakeholders on technical improvements and best practices
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation
