Opis stanowiska
Position: Data Analyst & BI Developer (Power BI & SQL)Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Shift Timing / Work Mode: Regular shift - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Mandatory Skill Sets: Power BI & SQL
Desirable Skills: ETL, SAP BO
Primary Skill: Power BI & SQL
Experience Required:
• Experience in Data Analysis, design, report development, and unit test experience with Power BI (PowerBI desktop, PowerBI Server, and cloud).
• Strong proficiency in writing and tuning SQL queries and good knowledge of Data Warehouse models.
• Performance optimization in reports and queries.
• Able to properly understand business requirements and develop data models accordingly, transforming them into visuals.
• Proficient in writing DAX expressions and advanced calculations, and custom charts using Power BI.
• Ability to analyze models and build new models in Power BI.
• Ability to manage and monitor schedules.
• Capacity to independently research and solve complex reporting issues (troubleshooting skills).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge Expectations:
• Understanding of database management systems, specifically RDBMS principles like normalization, de-normalization, data modeling, relationship models, ER diagrams, etc.
• Familiarity with methods to analyze and extract data using structured query languages.
• Ability to learn data extraction and different transformation methodologies using algorithms, techniques, and ETL tools.
• Fundamentals of data warehousing and different schemas.
• Understanding of data security principles.
• Methods to access & model the data and convert it into actionable insights using BI tools.
• Knowledge of operating system scripting – Shell scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Optional (Good to Have):
• Working experience using SAP BOBI 4.3 Tools (UDT, IDT, WEB Intelligence, CMC, Promotional management).
• Experience in report development and unit test experience with Web Intelligence reports.
• Proficient in creating and managing BO universes using UDT and IDT.
• Experience in Universe conversion (unv to unx) and switching the reports unx and testing them.
• Experience in creating reports with multiple universes and managing the reports.
