We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Angular Developer to join an international team developing a modern HR and payroll platform. The solution combines core HR capabilities with integrated collaboration and communication tools, enabling organizations to manage their workforce through a single, unified ecosystem.

As a technical leader, you will drive the development of enterprise-scale applications, lead architectural initiatives, mentor engineers, and help shape the adoption of AI-powered and agentic workflows. Wymagania:
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience.- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular and modern frontend development.- Proven experience leading the development of large-scale enterprise web applications.- Expert knowledge of: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5- CSS/SCSS- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and software design principles.- Experience with performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability of web applications.- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.- Strong interest in or practical experience with AI agentic workflows and AI-powered software engineering.- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Nice to have:- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow- Experience working with Microsoft Azure.- Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.- Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy applications.- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and building accessible applications.- Previous experience with HR, payroll, or enterprise SaaS products.- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple Agile teams.

- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex Angular applications.
- Drive the implementation of new features and enhancements within a large-scale HR and payroll platform.
- Design and implement AI agentic workflows that improve business processes and user experiences.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching for frontend developers.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and software quality.
- Perform code reviews and support quality assurance through testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability.
