Full-Stack Engineer – Python, Node.js, React & Microservices (m/f/d)

We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to build and maintain production applications and services based on Python, Node.js, React, microservices, and REST APIs.We are building a full team of Full-Stack Software Engineers working across backend, frontend, integrations, and production delivery. The final seniority level will depend on your experience, technical independence, and scope of ownership.This is a hands-on role. Mid-Level Engineers will focus on delivering features, APIs, integrations, and deployments. Senior Engineers will additionally influence architecture, technical direction, scalability, reliability, and production standards.

Wymagania:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, or Full-Stack Development;- strong production experience with Python;- commercial experience with Node.js and React;- experience building microservices and REST APIs;- good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript;- experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL;- familiarity with Snowflake or a similar data platform;- practical knowledge of Docker;- experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD;- experience with Azure or another major cloud platform, with willingness to work in Azure;- understanding of automated testing, Git, code review, monitoring, and production support;- ability to write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code;- confidence working independently and communicating technical decisions clearly;- fluent English;- experience using AI-assisted development tools while remaining responsible for quality, security, and correctness.For the Senior level, we typically expect 5+ years of relevant experience and ownership of architecture, complex integrations, technical decisions, and production systems.

Codzienne zadania:
- design, develop, and maintain Python services, microservices, and REST APIs;
- build and maintain application features using Node.js and React;
- work across backend and frontend application layers;
- design and implement internal and external system integrations;
- work with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and data-processing components;
- containerise applications using Docker;
- develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
- deploy and operate applications in Azure;
- implement automated testing, monitoring, logging, alerting, and health checks;
- troubleshoot application, integration, deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues;
- write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code;
- participate in system design and architecture decisions;
- contribute to decisions related to scalability, reliability, security, performance, and cost;
- define and improve engineering, observability, deployment, and production-readiness standards;
- assess technical trade-offs and identify architectural and operational risks;
- participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and delivery;
- collaborate with engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams;
- take ownership of application components from design through production support;
- use AI-assisted development tools while remaining responsible for technical correctness, security, and code quality.
